What Deeg buyers ask us
Yes, and lift AMC retrofits are a large part of what we do in Deeg, because most palace town houses and mandi here were built before lifts were standard. The engineer checks load-bearing capacity, available shaft space and headroom, then proposes a configuration that fits - for a Lift AMC that often means a compact or pitless build.
Every new lift AMC installed in Deeg carries a 24-month comprehensive warranty covering the machine, controller, doors and safety gear. Wear items follow their own schedule. Extended cover on your Lift AMC is available inside an AMC and is quoted upfront, not sprung later.
Rieka specifies VFD drives on Lift AMC units, which draw up to 40% less than older two-speed machines. For a typical Deeg building the monthly running cost of a lift AMC is modest; the engineer calculates the actual figure for your stop count and usage pattern during the survey.

Yes. A large share of our Deeg AMC portfolio is other brands. The engineer inspects the existing installation in Deeg, lists what needs rectification before cover starts, and quotes honestly — including telling you when a modernisation makes more sense than an AMC.
That is precisely what we specify against. quarterly or monthly preventive servicing, genuine spares, 24×7 emergency response, inspection documentation. The Lift AMC configuration is chosen after the engineer sees the building in Deeg, because shaft width, headroom and pit depth vary more than any catalogue suggests.
