Every Rieka Lift AMC in Ecotech 1 Greater Noida ships with an ARD - Automatic Rescue Device - as standard, not as a paid extra. On power failure the lift AMC moves to the nearest landing on battery and opens the doors. Given the supply pattern in parts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, we treat this as non-negotiable.

Yes, and lift AMC retrofits are a large part of what we do in Ecotech 1 Greater Noida, because most industrial plots, factory sheds and warehouses here were built before lifts were standard. The engineer checks load-bearing capacity, available shaft space and headroom, then proposes a configuration that fits - for a Lift AMC that often means a compact or pitless build.

AMC pricing depends on lift type, stop count, age and whether spares are included. A semi-comprehensive contract for a standard passenger lift in Ecotech 1 Greater Noida is modest against a single unplanned breakdown. Rieka quotes after inspecting the installed unit, because quoting blind helps nobody.
