Lifts and Elevators in Indore

Yes, and home lift retrofits are a large part of what we do in Indore, because most high-rise apartments, IT parks and bungalows here were built before lifts were standard. The engineer checks load-bearing capacity, available shaft space and headroom, then proposes a configuration that fits - for a Home Lift that often means a compact or pitless build.

That is precisely what we specify against. 2–6 passengers (160–400 kg), 0.15–1.0 m/s, shaft from 900×900 mm, pitless options available. The Home Lift configuration is chosen after the engineer sees the building in Indore, because shaft width, headroom and pit depth vary more than any catalogue suggests.

Entirely. Pitless and compact configurations need no deep excavation, and ARD battery rescue handles the supply interruptions common in parts of Indore. Rieka specifies for the conditions Indore actually has, not for an ideal metro site.

Rieka specifies VFD drives on Home Lift units, which draw up to 40% less than older two-speed machines. For a typical Indore building the monthly running cost of a home lift is modest; the engineer calculates the actual figure for your stop count and usage pattern during the survey.

Quarterly preventive servicing is the baseline for a Home Lift in Indore - door operator, brake, ropes, safety gear and controller checks, with a signed log each visit. Heavy-traffic or high-dust sites move to monthly. Rieka quotes home lift AMC rates separately so you can see what you are paying for.
