Rieka gives a dated schedule for your Villa Lift at the time of the written quote, not after the advance.

Yes. Rieka fabricates Villa Lift structures, cabins and doors in-house, so shaft dimensions, door openings and finishes are built to your drawings rather than forced into a catalogue size. For the university campuses, hostels and institutional buildings common in Knowledge Park 4 Greater Noida, that flexibility usually decides the project.

A Rieka gearless traction unit runs quietly enough that a conversation in the adjoining room is unaffected. Hydraulic units make a brief pump sound on the upward trip. In the compact university campuses, hostels and institutional buildings typical of Knowledge Park 4 Greater Noida this matters, so we discuss machine placement during the survey.

In Uttar Pradesh, a Villa Lift must comply with the National Building Code 2016 and the applicable state lift rules, with an inspection before commissioning. Rieka prepares the drawings, files the application and attends the inspection for every villa lift project in Knowledge Park 4 Greater Noida - you do not deal with the department.

For two to four stops in the university campuses, hostels and institutional buildings common around Knowledge Park 4 Greater Noida, hydraulic is usually the better fit: no machine room, lower headroom and a very smooth ride. Above four stops, or where running cost matters more, a gearless traction MRL wins. The engineer recommends one after seeing the building.
