What Purulia buyers ask us
A controller-and-drive upgrade takes 5-8 working days with the lift out of service. A full modernisation with doors and cabin runs 2-3 weeks for a Purulia building. For occupied town houses and mining offices in Purulia we agree the outage window with the RWA or facility team before starting.
Yes. A large share of our Purulia AMC portfolio is other brands. The engineer inspects the existing installation in Purulia, lists what needs rectification before cover starts, and quotes honestly — including telling you when a modernisation makes more sense than an AMC.
Every Rieka Lift Installation in Purulia ships with an ARD - Automatic Rescue Device - as standard, not as a paid extra. On power failure the lift installation moves to the nearest landing on battery and opens the doors. Given the supply pattern in parts of Purulia, we treat this as non-negotiable.
Every new lift installation installed in Purulia carries a 24-month comprehensive warranty covering the machine, controller, doors and safety gear. Wear items follow their own schedule. Extended cover on your Lift Installation is available inside an AMC and is quoted upfront, not sprung later.
Yes. Rieka runs portfolio AMCs for RWAs, hospitals and commercial operators across Purulia, with a single point of contact, consolidated reporting and one invoice covering every site including Purulia.
