Lifts and Elevators in Tiruchirappalli

A properly maintained Home Lift runs 20-25 years before major modernisation, with ropes, door gear and controller components replaced on schedule along the way. In Tiruchirappalli, where heavy engineering and education drives usage patterns, the engineer sets the service interval against actual duty cycle rather than a generic calendar.

Every Rieka Home Lift in Tiruchirappalli ships with an ARD - Automatic Rescue Device - as standard, not as a paid extra. On power failure the home lift moves to the nearest landing on battery and opens the doors. Given the supply pattern in parts of Tiruchirappalli, we treat this as non-negotiable.
