Yes. A large share of our West Delhi AMC portfolio is other brands. The engineer inspects the existing installation in Vikaspuri, lists what needs rectification before cover starts, and quotes honestly — including telling you when a modernisation makes more sense than an AMC.
Every Rieka Lift AMC in Vikaspuri ships with an ARD - Automatic Rescue Device - as standard, not as a paid extra. On power failure the lift AMC moves to the nearest landing on battery and opens the doors. Given the supply pattern in parts of West Delhi, we treat this as non-negotiable.
AMC pricing depends on lift type, stop count, age and whether spares are included. A semi-comprehensive contract for a standard passenger lift in Vikaspuri is modest against a single unplanned breakdown. Rieka quotes after inspecting the installed unit, because quoting blind helps nobody.
Quarterly preventive servicing is the baseline for a Lift AMC in Vikaspuri - door operator, brake, ropes, safety gear and controller checks, with a signed log each visit. Heavy-traffic or high-dust sites move to monthly. Rieka quotes lift AMC AMC rates separately so you can see what you are paying for.
