Lift AMC in Dewas — common questions
Rieka specifies VFD drives on Lift AMC units, which draw up to 40% less than older two-speed machines. For a typical Dewas building the monthly running cost of a lift AMC is modest; the engineer calculates the actual figure for your stop count and usage pattern during the survey.
Typically controller and VFD drive replacement, a new door operator, ARD retrofit, cabin refurbishment and rope or guide-rail renewal as the Dewas survey indicates. Rieka surveys the Dewas installation and proposes only what is required, in priority order, so you can phase the spend.
Yes. A large share of our Dewas AMC portfolio is other brands. The engineer inspects the existing installation in Dewas, lists what needs rectification before cover starts, and quotes honestly — including telling you when a modernisation makes more sense than an AMC.
Yes. The same Dewas team that covers Dewas also serves Indore, Ujjain, Shajapur for Lift AMC supply, installation and AMC, under identical terms. There is no separate pricing for outlying areas within the service belt.
A properly maintained Lift AMC runs 20-25 years before major modernisation, with ropes, door gear and controller components replaced on schedule along the way. In Dewas, where soya, banknote press and manufacturing drives usage patterns, the engineer sets the service interval against actual duty cycle rather than a generic calendar.
Yes. Every Lift AMC service visit in Dewas is logged and signed, and Rieka compiles the documentation your Madhya Pradesh lift inspection renewal requires. Buildings under our AMC do not scramble for records at renewal time.
